She had set-up and led strategy, corporate finance, compliance and audit functions at Foodpanda. At Bedrock Capital, she led successful closing of several early-stage transactions. Sheenam is an empathetic and people driven person. She lives with her husband and children in the city of New Delhi, India.

He served governments and banks across Kuwait, Oman and UAE. Imran has a Bachelor's degree in computer engineering from Intercollege (Cyprus) and certified C|CISO, CISM, and TOGAF professional.

She specializes in new market access and startups. She has Masters degree in English and post-graduate diploma in Systems Management.

A seasoned Corporate finance and accounting professional with experience in Corporate Finance- Budgeting, Forecasting, Companies Valuation of Oil & Energy, Auto Ind, Trading, Construction & Transport Services Co. and Food & Beverage Industries in Kuwait. In-depth implementation skills in Financial Controls, Process improvement with Multi-dimensional ERPS. He is a CFA charter holder and also has a Masters in Commerce.

Expert at implementing efficient processes and aligning HR strategies with organizational goals. Proven track record in team leadership, talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance management. A natural team leader with exceptional consensus building, negotiation and interpersonal skills, analytical mind and comprehensive problem detection and solving skills.

Raj Lakha is based in London and focuses on private equity, corporate finance, Private Public Partnership (PPP) projects . He has a background in risk management, compliance and governance. He has worked with public sector bodies worldwide as well as advised many hundreds of companies. His main sector focus is real estate, education, health/life sciences and urban regeneration. Raj holds degrees in Economics & Government and an MBA in International Business. He is also Honorary President (International) of a leading security/safety professional association

Specializes in consumer behavior, retail pricing and electronic sales and revenue management platforms. He brings in significant knowledge base of retail market strategy and institutional investor relationship to the firm. Prior to joining us, he worked with Kuwait Airways as senior expert revenue and pricing and Head of Revenue Integration Project and Head of Air Price System for the airlines. He has a Marketing Degree from Harvard Business School, a degree in Business and Diploma in Aviation Strategy.

Antonin is a member of our Advisory Board. Having served as senior Diplomat of Czech Republic in Kuwait and other countries, he brings in a wealth of investor relationship from international market. he is based in Prague and shall support the Partnership with sourcing expert groups from F&B sector in Europe and Latin America.
